Holly Spring Primary School is recruiting an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, hard‑working team on a fixed‑term, one‑year contract starting September 2026.
The role will support pupils in Key Stage 1 and, when required, in other areas of the school. You will work under the direction of a qualified teacher, supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and assisting as an OPAL Playworker at lunchtime. The primary focus is to deliver specified work with children.
Safeguarding and Legal Requirements
This position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
