We have a great opportunity for a Sunday Sales Advisor on a part‑time, permanent basis.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to play a key role in maintaining the high standards and day‑to‑day smooth running of our gift shop and reception area. In this customer‑facing role you will regularly interact with children and families, ensuring every visitor enjoys a warm welcome from start to finish. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and confident in engaging with customers of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and display stock, serve and demonstrate goods to customers, using the till and cashing up.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the gift shop and reception area, promoting quality service to the public.
  • Promote an excellent image of the centre and its staff at all times.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Understand other job roles within the centre and provide cover when required.
