We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CTPLD) and Autism. This is a full-time, permanent position that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism through assessment, support planning, direct work, and general case management.

Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of individuals with learning disabilities and autism and conduct statutory duties on behalf of the service.
  • Carry out assessment, support planning, review and direct work with clients.
  • Provide general case management, including collaboration with other agencies and services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working within the current Social Care System and Framework.
  • Registration with Social Work England (or eligibility for registration).
  • Ability to work within a hybrid working model and attend the Time Square office at least two days per week.
