Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a highly organised SEND Improvement Project Officer to support delivery of the SEND Improvement Programme.
The role is full time and permanent, with a hybrid work pattern and one day per week in the Time Square office.
You will coordinate governance, manage actions and risks, and build strong partnerships with education, health, social care and parent carer representatives to secure better outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
