Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting a SEND Cognition and Learning Advisor to support the Experts at Hand service.
Based at the Child Development Centre in Great Hollands, the role combines on-site and school-based work, with one day per week at the centre and several days in education settings.
You will coach staff, translate specialist knowledge into inclusive strategies, and help build capacity across partners to improve outcomes for children and young people with learning needs.
