About you...
As a Business Support Data Analyst you will provide high-quality data analysis, reporting and insight to support service planning, performance and decision-making. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful information. You will have experience using Microsoft Excel and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with spreadsheets, charts and Power BI. The role includes an expectation to work from our Time Square office 2 days per week, alongside flexible working arrangements.
About the team...
Based at Time Square in Bracknell, you will be part of a collaborative Adult Social Care service, working closely with teams across the directorate. The service is supportive, fast‑paced and committed to improving outcomes through timely, accurate insight. You will play a key role in coordinating and analysing data, using Power BI reporting to provide clear, accessible performance information that supports operational leads to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

- Lead on the creation and delivery of training programs to upskill colleagues in data analysis, visualisation and interpretation.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible data outputs that meet business needs and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting mechanisms and analytical capabilities.
- Track people through the Intermediate Care Service.
- Supply accurate business intelligence and reporting to support the development of services.

Qualifications
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of working within the current Social Care System and Framework. We can only accept applications from candidates currently residing in the UK. This role is not eligible for a sponsored work visa as it does not meet current Home Office sponsorship criteria. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. All successful candidates for this role will be subject to a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check as part of our pre‑employment checks process.
