The ideal candidate will have solid administrative experience, excellent written and spoken English and be reliable at managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with members of the public, volunteers and suppliers.
Desirable attributes:
- Experience supporting events or producing local newsletters/magazines.
- Basic design/layout skills (e.g. Canva).
- An understanding of local government or community organisations.
