Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse looking for your next exciting opportunity? We would love to hear from you! We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join us on a basis of between 24 and 37 hours with the exact hours negotiable for the right candidate.
Working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, the post holder will ensure skilled nursing services are delivered effectively to the practice patient population. The practice nurse will be responsible for delivering health promotion, chronic disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the practice management team in the reviewing and delivery of clinical policy and procedures.
We are a GP teaching practice with a dedicated team committed to treating minor ailments, as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues for Brackley and the surrounding area. We have 5 partners, 6 salaried GPs in addition to 13 staff in the Nursing Team and Urgent Care Unit for a 16,000 patient population.
