We’re Hiring: Property Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)
Based in our Tonbridge Office
Bracketts Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Property Manager to join our Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge.
If you're self-motivated, and customer-focused with a strong background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties using STREET and MRI Qube software
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
- Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
- Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A solid track record in residential property management
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Experience in people and contractor management
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Tonbridge area
- Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
- Work with a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
- Office in a convenient and central location with free parking close to the office
