Bracketts Chartered Surveyors Estate Agents, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge. If you’re self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube software
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
- Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
- Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation
The ideal candidate will have:
- A solid track record in residential property management
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Experience in people or contractor management
- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area
