We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed memberof staff to join our motivated and highly professional team of HLTA’s.

Youwill be:-

• Eitherqualified to HLTA level or cover supervisor and willing to immediately train tobe HLTA.
• Ableto demonstrate the ability to deliver lesson plans effectively.
• Flexibleand confident to undertake work at short notice.
• Confidentto provide cover across the age range.

Thesuccessful candidate will: -

• Actively supportthe ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school.
• Demonstrateexcellent classroom practice
• Have highexpectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
• Have a goodworking knowledge of AFL and active, independent learning
• Be enthusiasticand flexible
• Be creative andable to motivate all children
• Have excellentcommunication and organisational skills
• An interest inMusic or PE would be desirable
• Willing to trainas a first aider and fire marshal
