We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in North Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of a Technical Assistant, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:

The Technical Assistant role involves carrying out repetitive administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, and data transfer, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update information accurately into the council's computer systems.
  • Transfer data between systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Scan, organise, and electronically file documents.
  • Process emails and undertake general administrative duties.
  • Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Read and interpret Ordnance Survey maps where required.
