We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Swindon to assist with the appointment of a Gardener, on a 5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary: Seasonal Gardener opportunities available across Swindon Borough supporting grounds maintenance and landscaping services throughout the summer season.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communal landscaped areas across the borough
- Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, and general gardening duties
- Operate equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, blowers, and pedestrian mowers
- Support the borough's gardening and grounds maintenance teams
- Carry out manual labour including lifting, bending, carrying, and walking throughout the working day
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence covering manual vehicles
- Willingness to drive light goods vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual gardening duties
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and team-focused approach
