We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Monmouthshire to assist with the appointment of a Playground Installer-grounds worker, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:The Playground Installer will undertake play installation related activities throughout Monmouthshire and South Wales on both external and internal contract work. The role involves hard landscaping, grounds maintenance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality play area installations, inspections, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:- Undertake playground installation works across Monmouthshire and South Wales.
- Carry out hard landscaping activities including fencing, concreting, slab laying, and surfacing installation.
- Install play equipment and street furniture to required standards.
- Support inspection, maintenance, and repair of play areas and associated facilities.
- Deliver horticultural works and both hard and soft landscaping activities.
- Work collaboratively with grounds maintenance teams on a variety of outdoor projects.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience within groundwork, hard landscaping, or playground installation environments.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscaping practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues on-site.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures within outdoor working environments.
