Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Broxtowe to assist with the appointment of a Temporary Housing Complaints Officer, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: Β£191.40 - Β£252.23 per day

Summary:

A Housing Complaints Officer is required to manage Stage 1 housing complaints, ensuring issues are thoroughly investigated, resolved professionally and used to identify lessons and improvements across the Housing Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and investigate Stage 1 housing complaints.
  • Act as a key contact for complainants throughout the complaints process.
  • Work with Housing teams and stakeholders to achieve appropriate resolutions.
  • Handle difficult conversations and potential conflict professionally.
  • Provide clear actions and communicate outcomes to complainants.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience handling complaints and difficult conversations.
  • Excellent communication, investigation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Housing services, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyse complaints and identify service improvements.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
