Responsibilities
- Conducting phone screenings with potential candidates, demonstrating excellent telephone manners and professionalism.
- Engaging in confidential conversations with UK nationals to assess their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates through effective communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assisting in the development of job descriptions and specifications based on client requirements.
- Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborating with senior recruiters to understand client needs and aligning candidate profiles accordingly.
- Utilizing effective email writing skills to correspond with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company's ATS/CRM.
- Upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions with candidates and clients.
- Participating in training programs to enhance recruitment and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Degree or relevant certification in HR, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
