Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lambeth to assist with the appointment of a Housing Service Improvement Lead, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: Β£478.48 - Β£649.00 per day

Summary:

A Service Improvement Lead is required to lead high-profile improvement work across Housing Services, with a key focus on complaints handling, customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of the Housing Complaints Improvement Plan.
  • Coordinate service improvement actions and programmes.
  • Drive improvements in complaint handling and customer experience.
  • Develop performance measures and improvement plans.
  • Manage governance, risks and delivery progress.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience leading service improvement, transformation or performance recovery programmes.
  • Strong programme and project management skills.
  • Experience in performance improvement and customer-focused services.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience managing governance, risks and dependencies.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
