We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of an Enterprise Resource Planning, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Tester to support the delivery of testing activities across a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing testing activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement systems, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose prior to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and system implementation partners to support the ERP testing strategy.
- Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios aligned to business requirements.
- Execute functional, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform non-functional testing, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Identify, record, track, and support the resolution of system defects and issues.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Essentials:
- Proven experience in ERP testing within large-scale system implementation or transformation programmes.
- Experience testing HR, Payroll, Finance, and/or Procurement systems.
- Strong experience creating and executing test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proven experience in non-functional testing, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
