We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Suffolk to assist with the appointment of a SEND Project Manager, on a 4-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £360.88 - £454.50 per day
Summary: Experienced Project Manager required for a 16-week interim assignment with Suffolk County Council, supporting the SEND Reform programme. The role will lead the implementation and mobilisation of either the EAH (Experts at Hand) pilot across 36 schools or the Inclusion Base rollout across 18 schools. The postholder will coordinate Local Authority, Education and Health stakeholders, monitor delivery, manage risks and ensure successful implementation and handover to the permanent team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day implementation and mobilisation of the programme.
- Coordinate onboarding and engagement across participating schools.
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate activity between Local Authority, Education and Health partners.
- Support implementation of operational models, pathways and governance arrangements.
Essentials:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager.
- Strong experience in project mobilisation and implementation.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with Local Authorities, schools, Education or Health partners.
- Strong project planning, governance and risk management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and dependencies.
