We are working closely with a local authority in Coventry to assist with the appointment of a H&H Performance Analyst, on a 1.5-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary: The H&H Performance Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality data analysis, performance reporting, insight and intelligence to support effective decision-making across Housing & Homelessness services. The role involves maintaining and developing reporting systems, dashboards and performance indicators, analysing service trends and supporting statutory reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and improve a range of performance reports, dashboards and data analysis tools using appropriate IT and reporting systems.
- Develop and monitor appropriate performance indicators in collaboration with service managers.
- Maintain accurate performance records and ensure dashboards and reporting systems are regularly updated.
- Support the development of data infrastructure, reporting mechanisms and automated processes across Housing & Homelessness services.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in data analysis, performance management, information management, business intelligence, IT or a related discipline.
- Relevant training or professional development in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence would be advantageous.
- Awareness of the statutory responsibilities of Housing & Homelessness services and the relevant homelessness legislation.
Essentials:
- Experience of leading or taking responsibility for data analysis and performance insight within an organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of using Power BI to create automated reporting dashboards.
