We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Caretaker – Mobile relief, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.86 – £21.13 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Estate Services Co-ordinator (ESC) and also the Quality Assurance Officer who assists the ESC in caretaker management. Liaising with Management and Staff at the Area Office.
- To provide relief caretaking duties on various estates across all areas, as directed by managers, often at short notice.
- To work with other caretaking staff to carry out tasks identified by supervisors or managers, on various estates.
- To assist managers or supervisors in the distribution of stores & equipment, including loading and unloading estate services vehicles.
- The completion of daily management control information and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate a reasonable standard of literacy and numeracy when supplying brief reports on the background action taken in respect of any emergencies or unusual occurrences
- Some experience of cleaning or caretaker duties
