We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of a HGV Driver on a 1.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities
- Operate HGV vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of goods/materials as per schedule
- Assist with loading and unloading where required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and working hours
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Essentials
- Valid HGV (Category C or C+E) driving licence
- Proven experience as an HGV Driver
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and transport laws
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and reliability
