We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Preston to assist with the appointment of a Café Supervisor, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client's discretion.
Cafe Supervisor will support the Cafe Manager in the day-to-day operation of the café at Avenham Park.
You will supervise front-of-house staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, and help deliver an efficient and welcoming café environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Cafe Manager with the daily operation of the café.
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance throughout the day.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Previous experience working as a Cafe Supervisor or in a similar supervisory hospitality role.
- Experience supervising front-of-house staff.
