We are working closely alongside Sutton Housing Partnership to assist with the appointment of a Planner, on a 3‑month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £14.68 - £19.19 per hour.
Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a team of three Planners to support the management of DLO and supply chain operations, ensuring effective scheduling of works, improved operative productivity, and excellent customer communication. The role involves coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, monitoring workloads, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate DLO and supply chain works efficiently
- Manage operative diaries and maximise productivity
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Monitor and track open work orders through to completion
- Liaise with operatives, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Essential Requirements
- Experience within planning, scheduling, repairs, maintenance, or administrative roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
