We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Personal Support Assistant, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary:
To provide dedicated clerical, administrative, and practical support to a visually impaired Co-production Officer, ensuring effective contribution to team objectives and accessibility in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and proofreading accessible visual materials such as posters and leaflets using Canva or similar tools (training provided).
Verbally describe visual content (e.g., charts, graphics, websites) to support accessibility.
Attend meetings alongside the Co-production Officer to take notes and produce clear, accurate minutes when required.
Undertake a wide range of business support tasks in accordance with defined policies and processes, with attention to confidentiality and safeguarding.
Assist in developing or improving processes to support service delivery.
Qualifications:
Good literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or similar.
Requirements:
Experience in a business support or administrative role within a busy environment.
Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common business applications.
Experience in note-taking and minute writing.
Familiarity with data input and management with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
