We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Isle of Wight to assist with the appointment of an Admin on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary: An opportunity for an Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and financial support within Children’s Services. The role involves supporting financial processes, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient service delivery across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for financial systems, including procurement card processes.
- Deliver accurate word‑processing support (letters, reports, minutes, templates).
- Organise, attend, and minute sensitive meetings, ensuring accurate records and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain and update records on systems such as Mosaic and internal databases.
- Support performance tracking through accurate data entry and record management.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a public sector or social care environment.
- Experience in minute‑taking, including sensitive or complex meetings.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
