Responsibilities
- Deliver a responsive surveying service, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee responsive repairs, carrying out pre‑, mid‑ and post‑inspections.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed to required quality and safety standards.
- Identify building defects and prepare detailed specifications for remedial works.
- Produce technical reports and recommendations for repairs.
- Obtain quotations and estimates in line with procurement procedures.
- Manage contractors and oversee repair works, ensuring residents receive an excellent, customer‑focused service.
Qualifications
