We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Multiple Disadvantage - Strategic Programme Lead, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interim leadership for the Changing Futures Programme.
  • Manage programme delivery, priorities, budgets, risks, and governance.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across multiple organisations.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, mapping, and needs analysis.
  • Develop governance arrangements and long-term strategic approaches.
  • Support co-production with people who have lived experience.
  • Significant experience leading complex programmes or projects within public sector, health, housing, social care, or partnership environments.
  • Strong programme and project management skills including governance, risk, budget, and performance management.
  • Experience building and management of multi agency the backlog called you.. ....
