Responsibilities- Supervise and support admin staff across both teams
- Manage inboxes, enquiries, and general admin tasks
- Arrange meetings, training, and interpreters
- Produce reports and maintain accurate data records
- Support audits, finance processes, and system updates
- Work closely with managers, clinical staff, and internal teams
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Experience in administration within a busy office environment
