An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Services Scheme Operative to support the maintenance and cleanliness of communal housing areas. The role involves carrying out minor repairs, cleaning duties, estate maintenance, and supporting residents to ensure communal environments remain safe, clean, and well‑maintained.
Responsibilities- Carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, litter picking, and spot cleaning.
- Maintain refuse chutes, bins, and bin areas.
- Undertake deep cleaning using machinery such as jet washers and steam cleaners.
- Carry out minor repairs including basic plumbing, joinery, painting, graffiti removal, and lock changes.
- Report defects and follow up maintenance issues.
