The role involves carrying out minor repairs, cleaning duties, estate maintenance, and supporting residents to ensure communal environments remain safe, clean, and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, litter picking, and spot cleaning.
  • Maintain refuse chutes, bins, and bin areas.
