We are working closely alongside Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of a Ground Maintenance Operative, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities
- Grounds Maintenance Operative role involving general gardening and outdoor maintenance duties, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding, and litter picking, ensuring outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Grass cutting, mowing, and strimming
- Hedge cutting and weeding
- Litter picking and general grounds upkeep
- Use of gardening tools and equipment
Qualifications
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
- Ability to carry out outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual duties
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
