The predicted salary is between 21150 - 25850 Β£ per year.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sefton MBC to assist with the appointment of a Centre Administrator, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.
The Centre Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to The Atkinson, assisting with programmes, fundraising, income generation, venue hire, financial management, and day-to-day centre operations.
The role requires a highly organised individual with strong administrative and financial skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Deliver day-to-day administrative, financial administration, and reporting functions.
- Use I Want Finance and Agresso systems effectively for procurement, financial management, and reporting.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of The Atkinson's financial performance.
- Carry out financial monitoring and cash-handling procedures in line with Council policies.
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure and undertake banking duties where required.
Good standard of general education.
