We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Wirral to assist with the appointment of a Project Support Officer on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Summary

The Project Support Officer will act as the central point of coordination within the team, providing administrative support to the Director and Programme Managers. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1–2 days per week in the Birkenhead office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Programme Managers
  • Maintain and manage administrative systems and records
  • Support the organisation and coordination of workstream and board meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track actions
  • Assist in the production and distribution of programme newsletters
  • Coordinate communications across multiple stakeholders and partner organisations
