Overview: Bracken Hill School is an all-age Special School for children aged 4 to 18 years, who have a range of complex educational needs with associated social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and purposeful learning that supports pupils to develop communication, independence and confidence.
- Plan and adapt learning carefully so that activities help pupils secure the intended knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and strengthen our curriculum across all pathways.
- Use assessment effectively to understand pupil progress and inform future learning.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and work closely with families and other professionals.
