Job Purpose

Support the maintenance and growth of Bracco's device business across the UK by providing consistent high‑quality service of devices. This role is responsible for completing pre‑installation checks, in‑house diagnostics and repairs and reporting relevant findings.

Key Result Areas

  • Complete pre‑installation checks
  • Diagnose and rectify all Bracco products
  • Accurate documentation and reporting of findings
  • Trend common faults and report to relevant parties

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement all regulatory and quality requirements stipulated within Bracco UK Ltd.
  • Implement all applicable health, safety and environmental requirements stipulated by HSE manual, HSE policies and HSE objectives.
  • Identify and engage with continuous improvement projects.
  • Engage with sales and field service teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality product from point of sale through to installation completion.
  • Report any PAE/PQI effectively and quickly.
  • Travel nationally where business needs.
  • On occasion deliver installation and repair items.
  • Provide remote assistance to end‑users using desktop applications, chat, e‑mail and phone assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely.
  • Give users step‑by‑step instructions for resolving technological issues.
  • Respond and follow up quickly to technical questions and escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with on‑site technicians and customer support teams.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties reasonably requested by the company.
  • Operate under all relevant SOPs including adverse events and product complaints.

Professional Experience & Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience with device installations and diagnostics, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Competent in using CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (SAP).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry (required).
