We are seeking an accomplished Head of Retail to lead our retail sales strategy and drive growth across our remittance business. This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded professional with strong experience in sales leadership, business development, and agent network management within remittance, banking, or financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our retail performance, developing high‑performing sales teams, enhancing customer and agent relationships, and supporting the company’s continued growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to deliver strong performance and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key customers.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve customer and agent satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Plan and coordinate structured agent visit schedules and ensure timely reporting for sales and compliance purposes.
  • Support the MD & CEO with agent engagement visits and business development activities.
  • Present the company’s value proposition, services, and processes effectively to clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Forecast regional and territory sales targets and establish clear performance benchmarks.
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to support annual revenue and gross profit planning.
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to improve products, services, and operational processes.

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or a similar role in remittance, banking, or financial services.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high‑performing teams.
