Job Description
The purpose-led independent law firm and certified B Corp. We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team! In this strategic role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a multi-year, data-driven talent acquisition strategy.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll align hiring plans with business goals, address critical capability gaps, and drive workforce planning at scale. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across every touchpoint—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while attracting top-tier, diverse talent. What we need from you •Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within professional services or legal sectors. •Deep expertise in end-to-end TA strategy, workforce planning, and aligning talent with business objectives. •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
•Data-driven, with experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Teamtailor) and recruitment analytics. •Knowledge of employer value proposition development and enhancing the candidate experience. •Strong external TA networks and insights to continually engage and upskill the TA function.
