We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our well-respected Private Client team. Our award-winning Private Client & Charity group is one of the largest in the Northwest. The team was awarded the ‘Private Client Award’ at the 2017 & 2019 Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards. The team has a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law.
The team works with a wide range of High-Net-Worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and Landed estates dealing with complex private client matters including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax, and estate planning. The team are the go-to trusted advisor for clients and contacts alike.
Due to the growth of our team, we are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to work on a range of complex private client matters. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 PQE and be confident in dealing with a broad range of private client matters offering exceptional levels of client care. We will consider candidates working at Solicitor to Senior Associate level.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in a range of private client matters including complex wills, trusts, business succession planning, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration, Landed estates.
- A strong background of working with an established network of referrers and of developing strong relationships with a range of clients, including HNW individuals, multi-generational families, elderly clients, and business owners.
- Ability to work independently, manage their own caseload, and supervise others in the team as needed.
- Ambition to play an integral role in further developing the private client offering in the Lancashire market.
- Ideally, you will be STEP qualified or working towards the STEP qualification.
