Are you a detail-oriented property professional with a passion for residential conveyancing and new build plot sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Plot Sales Executive to join our dynamic and expanding Home Ownership and Conveyancing team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in managing a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, including plot sales, buy-backs, right-to-buy transactions, and commercial property management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our property transactions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual with:
- Solid knowledge of property law, especially in new builds and plot sales
- Proven experience as a fee earner or legal assistant in residential conveyancing or volume conveyancing
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with management, sales, and development teams
- Excellent organisational, communication, technical, and IT skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales packs including contracts, title documents, and estate information
- Liaise with purchasers’ solicitors and respond to enquiries
- Monitor and manage contract exchanges and completions
- Draft leases, transfers, mortgagee releases, and other legal documents
- Handle financial transactions, billing, and ledger reconciliation
- Conduct title investigations and manage part exchange property transactions
- Submit Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and manage HM Land Registry registrations
