About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our growing People team!
You\\\’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping and delivering a people strategy that drives both engagement and commercial success.
What We Need From You
- Experience in aligning people strategies with firm-wide commercial goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Strong partnering skills with the ability to translate business needs into people priorities.
- Experience managing and analysing people metrics, engagement data and performance trends.
What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Partners, Practice Group Leaders and Functional Leaders, gaining a deep understanding of strategic priorities .
- Influence key decisions through data-driven insights and people-focused recommendations that align with the firms ambitions.
- Coach and empower leaders to manage change, development, capability and performance effectively.
- Champion a culture of engagement.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent Development to design and deliver people development plans.
- Work hand in hand with the Commercial Business Partner\\\’s to anticipate business needs and operational changes .
