About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner to join our growing People team!

You\\\’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping and delivering a people strategy that drives both engagement and commercial success.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in aligning people strategies with firm-wide commercial goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Strong partnering skills with the ability to translate business needs into people priorities.
  • Experience managing and analysing people metrics, engagement data and performance trends.

What You\\\’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Partners, Practice Group Leaders and Functional Leaders, gaining a deep understanding of strategic priorities .
  • Influence key decisions through data-driven insights and people-focused recommendations that align with the firms ambitions.
  • Coach and empower leaders to manage change, development, capability and performance effectively.
  • Champion a culture of engagement.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning.
  • Partner with Talent Development to design and deliver people development plans.
  • Work hand in hand with the Commercial Business Partner\\\’s to anticipate business needs and operational changes .
