The purpose-led independent law firm and certified B Corp. As a Marketing Manager in our Marketing Programmes & Planning team, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing roadmap — shaping strategies that elevate our brand, fuel growth, and bring our three‑year vision to life. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead and inspire two Marketing Managers while delivering high‑impact, multi‑channel programmes across key sectors, services and audiences.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the strategic marketing agenda for multiple sectors and programmes, creating smart, insight‑driven plans that deliver against commercial goals.
  • Bring market, client and competitor insight to life, ensuring our campaigns speak directly to audience needs.
  • Prioritise and orchestrate activity that maximises impact, ensuring every initiative ladders up to business and marketing objectives.
  • Champion joined‑up marketing — collaborating with digital, comms, brand and events teams to deliver fully integrated, high‑performing campaigns.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, including Practice Group Heads and sector leads, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with Commercial Business Partners, BD and client development to achieve shared growth ambitions.
  • Elevate our brand positioning and ensure consistently high‑quality marketing outputs.
  • Own and optimise marketing budgets.
  • Measure and report ROI, using data to drive continual improvement and smarter decision‑making.
  • Enhance team processes, encourage knowledge‑sharing and create a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage key external partners and stay ahead of marketing and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
