We have an opportunity for a hard-working Paralegal looking for a new opportunity to join our growing Corporate - Healthcare Team. The team are recognised nationally for handling dental and pharmaceutical sales and purchases, as well as incorporations, expense sharing, partnership agreements and associate contracts. The strong client base ranges from standalone sites to groups with up to 750 locations, as well as early adopters of online healthcare solutions and GP practices.
What we need from you:
- Passion for working in healthcare.
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work independently where required (but with appropriate level of supervision as needed).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
What you'll be doing:
- Streamline transactions by developing and improving processes and precedents.
- Prepare, adapt and finalise standardised documents and develop new work streams.
- Handle company secretarial tasks including formations, Companies House/FCA filings, and maintaining statutory registers.
- Provide transactional support: ancillary documents, legal due diligence and preācompletion searches.
- Draft accurate correspondence and legal documents following firm guidelines; independently produce routine legal forms for approval.
- Support fee earners with electronic and hardācopy filing, admin tasks, file opening and archiving.
- Assist with preparing transactions for exchange and completion, including completion statements and arranging client signatures.
- Maintain organised and compliant file structures.
- Produce legal bundles, organise and index documents.
- Assist with marketing materials and business development initiatives.
- Proactively support colleagues and handle issues professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to clients and brokers.
