The purpose-led independent law firm and certified B Corp. We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Support Manager. You will be overseeing the operation and legal administration for the Employment team.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in delivering strong legal and administrative support to large teams.
  • Understanding of financial metrics within a law firm e.g. financial reporting, WIP and utilisation targets.
  • Supervisory experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will lead and manage a team of Legal PAs, supporting the growth and development.
  • Understand the financial metrics, in order to support your Head of Department with financial performance, including financial reporting / monthly billing and proactive WIP management.
  • Provide fee earners with KPI analysis.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding colleagues in the department.
