Document Specialist!
You will be a key member of the Shared Service team responsible for providing a fast, accurate and reliable document production and transcription service to the business.
We currently have two part-time positions available (21 hours per week, 10am–6pm):
- Option 1: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
- Option 2: Any three days per week, including Friday

What we need from you
- Comfortable in transcribing documents into standard templates through the use of dictation and manuscript in line with the firm\’s procedures and brand guidelines.
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Experience working in a similar role – essential
- Experience working within a law firm – essential
What you\’ll be doing
- Responsible for producing and amending high volumes of technical legal documents.
- Create new documents and reformat of high volume legal and corporate finance documents through the use of digital dictation and manuscript amendment.
- Reformatting/editing existing documents.
- Producing legal bundles on behalf of clients using BundleDocs.
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations for tenders, pitches, bids and presentations.
- Provide support to the Transcription Assistants when required.
- Proof reading and reviewing final documents.
- Comparing documents and providing support with track changes.
- Create, format/reformat, design and edit the Firm\’s branded client and firm documents.
