We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Experience & Facilities Coordinator to support the brand-new opening of our London office. Working at our central London based office you will be the first person to greet our colleagues and clients and will be an integral part of this expansive new office. The ideal candidate will be an initiative‑taker who can work independently to manage their own workload. We are looking for someone who has a personable approach and can multi‑task effectively. As the office grows so will your team and this position offers career progression. This role will be based on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, supporting general office hours (9am‑5pm), with a flexible approach when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact for all Facilities, Health and Safety and Client requirements
- Support with snagging following re‑fit out of new office
- Work with contractors to arrange repairs and replacement equipment
- Manage office attendees - room and desk bookings
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client and colleagues
- Conduct site inspections, audits and assessments; implement safety and building procedures
- Maintain office; ensure it is kept neat and operational at all times
- Assist in implementing and monitoring disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Support with general admin tasks - post, scanning and printing when required

- Previous experience within a Facilities or Client Experience position is essential
- Supported with an office move or fit out is desirable
