We have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to join our team!

The Legal Support Assistant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive PA and administrative support service, showing initiative and working unprompted, enabling fee earners to maximise their fee earning potential and develop their practice.

What We Need From You

  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients (new and existing) and internal and external contacts.
  • Matter management, to include file opening/client inception.
  • Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills.
  • Diary management, including making appointments and bookings, diarising hearings and deadlines.
  • Audio typing/transcription of dictation and documents where required by the fee earners.
  • Organising and booking travel arrangements.
  • Submitting expense claims.
  • Providing prompts and reminders for fee earners important tasks and deadlines.
  • Assisting with the preparation of standard form correspondence.
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.
