Reporting to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate must have strong Operations Management experience and people leadership skills as this role plays a vital part in managing key client relationships and expanding presence in the entertainment industry, supporting the company mission to deliver exceptional amusement solutions. The focus is on overseeing the level of service provided by the Engineers, Account Managers and Cash Collectors as well as ensuring customers are provided with a high level of professional service.

An opportunity to make an impact by leading and managing a team of technicians to make best technical repairs, commercial decisions and driving achievement of teams SLAs, monitoring achievement and improvement as well as analysing machine performance metrics to make best decisions and drive best commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Act as the senior escalation point for operational and service-related issues
  • Analyse account performance, machine data, uptime, and service metrics
  • Produce clear, accurate operational and KPI reports for senior management and partners
  • Use data and site insights to recommend and implement operational improvements
  • Apply arcade engineering experience to support technical decision-making and fault resolution
  • Oversee equipment installations, removals, relocations, and machine rotations
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance, performance, and presentation standards
  • Lead and support Regional Account Managers, Service Supervisors, and operational teams
  • Provide senior operational cover during weekends and holidays as required
Must Have
  • At least 7 years' Arcade Engineering experience
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Strong account management background (service-led not sales)
  • Demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and performance data
  • Familiarity with CRM or service management systems
Additional Information

Can be located anywhere in the UK for an exceptional candidate, otherwise the Midlands is preferable.
