Support the Management Accountant in delivering accurate financial performance data and insights to business leaders, while ensuring compliance with Company and Group financial policies.

  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and import related journals.
  • Ensure accuracy of balance sheet and P&L postings, providing feedback where needed.
  • Complete all month-end reconciliations ahead of the following month end.
  • Maintain the Divisional Asset Register, including depreciation rates and verification.
  • Raise ad-hoc sales invoices and credit notes as requested.
  • Assist in producing and distributing month-end accounts packs.
  • Support divisional stock audits alongside Business Leaders and the Management Accountant.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Deputise for the Management Accountant and provide cover for other finance team members as needed.
  • Meet all duties in line with Group Financial Policy and divisional reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable working environment in line with Health & Safety policy.
