We are seeking an experienced ECP Functional Consultant / Payroll Lead to join our SAP Consulting Practice supporting projects across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP HCM Payroll, leading workshops, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role will be deeply involved in both internal and client-facing activities, applying best practices, country-specific payroll expertise (UK & Ireland), and technical knowledge to ensure the solution meets client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design
    • Lead workshops according to the project methodology and document decisions in required workbooks.
    • Define and document the overall configuration of SuccessFactors module(s).
    • Balance business, functional, and technical requirements while ensuring compatibility across solution components.
    • Provide support in solution challenges to ensure delivery remains on time and within budget.
    • Manage a smooth handover to maintenance teams at project closure.
  • Data Migration
    • Organise and support data mapping with clients and implementation partners (Strada or third party).
    • Ensure clients fulfil data responsibilities, including cleansing and transformation.
    • Ensure all data security procedures and requirements are respected.
  • Integrations
    • Support technical teams with integration requirements.
    • Facilitate integration workshops and provide required documentation.
  • Testing
    • Conduct testing activities and ensure all issues are resolved before customer testing phases.
  • Post Deployment / Support
    • Provide AMS support where required, including ticket investigation and resolution.
Requirements (Must Have)
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of Ireland Payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll
Additional Required Skills:
  • Strong HR services delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Experience managing at least one full end-to-end deployment of Employee Central Payroll and multiple SAP HCM Payroll projects.
  • Ability to lead client workshops and deliver clear, engaging sessions.
Desirable:
  • SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Employee Central (EC).
