North London (Finsbury Park) | 3 days office - 2 days WFH | Full‑time

Brabers is a fast‑growing international IT recruitment consultancy specialising in AI, Data and SAP transformation programmes across the UK and Europe. We’re a small, senior team that values integrity, transparency and a genuine people‑first approach. We’re now looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale. If you enjoy deep candidate relationships, niche markets and a role with real ownership, this is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Talent sourcing & screening
    • Source and qualify top IT talent across AI, Data and SAP
    • Run structured interviews, assess technical fit, availability and expectations
    • Build and maintain warm talent pipelines
    • Support candidates with CV optimisation and interview preparation
  • Candidate relationship management
    • Act as a primary or strong secondary contact for candidates
    • Maintain regular communication and understand long‑term career goals
    • Surface opportunities for referrals and candidate‑led introductions
  • Candidate‑led business development
    • Use your network to generate introductions and warm leads
    • Share market insights, salary trends and availability with the team
    • Support BD through candidate‑centric activities
  • Brand & visibility
    • Contribute to your own and the company’s presence on LinkedIn
    • Engage with relevant content to build credibility in your market
  • Data & collaboration
    • Keep CRM/ATS data accurate and up to date
    • Share pipeline updates and market insights
    • Work closely with colleagues across delivery and BD

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment with a strong track record
  • Strong communication skills; credible, empathetic, candidate‑focused
  • Familiarity with AI, Data or SAP markets (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfortable engaging candidates directly throughout the day
  • Resilient, organised, proactive and resourceful
  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1+) or equivalent experience
  • Enjoy working in a small, fast‑paced, collaborative team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with candidate marketing or personal branding
  • LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
  • Exposure to recruitment automation tools
